2.2. Website usage data

Only if our visitors explicitly consent by clicking on "Accept all" in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect and analyse pseudonymised data. GA4 briefly uses incoming IP addresses to determine location data (such as city or country) and then immediately and automatically discards them before logging the data. This data helps us analyze visitor behavior and improve our website and services.

2.2.1. Scroll depth: we track the depth to which users scroll on our pages. We use specific milestones to measure this: 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%.

2.2.2. Click behavior: we track if the visitor clicks on specific elements: links from the navigation menu, contact links and our "go to top" button.

2.2.3. Form tracking: we track if the visitor focuses on any of our forms and then if the form is submitted. GA4 does not have access to any of the fields in our forms.

2.2.4. Page timer: we track the amount of time users spend on each page. We use specific milestones to measure this: 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 5 minutes.

GA4's retention period is set to two months that start from the latest visitor's interaction.

2.3. Technical data

Our hosting provider automatically collects and processes technical data sent by visitor's web browser, such as IP addresses, browser types and timestamps. This is technically necessary to deliver our website securely and reliably.
